Clientavo runs on your own website, books visits into Clientavo Custom Calendar, which you can follow in your phone’s calendar app, and emails you each new request. No proprietary plugin and no new phone system.
Bookings go straight into your Clientavo calendar, with nothing else to connect. Visitors are offered only open times. You can block time, set how many visits can happen at the same time and follow your visits on your phone through a read-only calendar link. Until services, ZIP codes and working hours are set, the assistant answers questions and takes callback requests.
